Mixing & Curing Guidelines
Strictly adhere to the 2-component mixing ratio for maximum chemical resistance.
Mandatory Mixing Ratio
* Выбор разбавителя: S-700 (Standard), S-800 (Slow), S-900 (Extra Slow). To prevent screen blocking on fine text, S-800 or S-900 is highly recommended.
Curing Schedule & Limitations
- «Touch Dry»: 20 - 30 minutes at 25°C.
- Full Hard Cure: Выпекать при температуре 70°C for 60 minutes, then let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
- Примечание: Forced heat baking is strongly recommended for optimal performance on hard-coated materials and glass.
⚠️ Critical Handling Warnings:
1. Pot Life: Mixed ink must be used within от 6 до 8 часов. High ambient temperatures will shorten pot life. Ink will thicken and lose performance if expired.
2. Hardener Care: HAC-S Hardener is extremely sensitive to humidity. Seal the can immediately after use.
