Why Choose Our Pad Printing Inks?

Pad printing (tampon printing) requires an ink film that is exceptionally thin yet perfectly opaque. Our pad printing ink formulations feature extremely high pigment concentration, ensuring brilliant, solid colors even when the transferred ink layer is just a few microns thick.

Designed for high-speed automated production, our inks offer perfect tackiness and release properties from the silicone pad. Whether you are using open inkwells or sealed ink cup systems, our products resist cobwebbing (stringing) and dry instantly on the substrate, allowing for immediate inline handling and multi-color overprinting.

Industrial pad printing ink applied to complex curved plastic and rubber surfaces for toys and tools.

Key Applications & Industries

Our 1-component and 2-component pad inks are customized for the world's most demanding manufacturing sectors.

Medical & Electronics

Delivers razor-sharp micro-text on syringes, catheters, and electronic housings. Formulated to withstand rigorous sterilization and chemical cleaning processes.

Automotive & Appliances

Exceptional abrasion resistance for dashboard controls, switches, and knobs. Offers superior adhesion to difficult plastics (ABS, PP) and coated metals.

Toys, Sports & Promo

Safe, non-toxic, and heavy-metal-free inks perfect for toys, golf balls, pens, and drinkware. Highly flexible to prevent cracking on impact.

Часто задаваемые вопросы

Can I use screen printing ink for pad printing?

Generally, no. While similar in chemistry, краска для тампопечати is formulated with significantly higher pigment loads because the ink deposit in pad printing is much thinner than in screen printing. Additionally, pad inks contain specific solvents that evaporate rapidly to create the exact tackiness needed to stick to and release from the silicone pad.

When should I use a 2-Component (2C) pad printing ink?

You should use a 2-component ink (which requires adding a hardener/catalyst before printing) when the final product requires extreme resistance to chemicals, aggressive solvents, perfumes, dishwasher cycles, or severe mechanical abrasion (e.g., automotive buttons or glass bottles).

How do I stop the ink from "stringing" or "cobwebbing"?

Stringing usually occurs when the ink dries too fast in the cup or on the pad, or if the viscosity is too high. Adding an appropriate Retarder (slow thinner) and maintaining the correct ink viscosity (usually around 15-20% thinner addition) will resolve cobwebbing issues.
