CX-100 (1-Component) & CX-200 (2-Component) Silicone Rubber Ink

1. Обзор и области применения

The CX Series Silicone Rubber Ink is specifically formulated for printing on silicone rubber substrates. It delivers outstanding adhesion and exceptional extensibility (flexibility/stretchability) without cracking. It is highly adaptable and can be applied via both screen printing и pad printing processes.

Основные области применения: Keypads for calculators, remote controls, electronic components, and various industrial or consumer silicone rubber products.

2. Color Series

  • Стандартные цвета: Extra White, Lemon Yellow, Original Yellow, Deep Yellow, Bright Red, Rose Red, Peach Red, Purple, Heliogen Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Extra Green, Extra Black.
  • High-Opacity Colors: Lemon Yellow (G2201), Deep Yellow (G2203), Bright Red (G3301), Purple (G4401), Blue (G5501).
  • Металлические цвета: Fine Flash Silver, Bright Silver, Dark Silver, Red Gold, Cyan Gold.
  • Цвета жемчуга: Fine Silver White, Pearl Silver White, Satin Gold, Bronze, Antique Bronze.

3. Mixing & Processing Instructions

Выбор разбавителя: Always use dedicated CX-Thinner for this series.

CX-100 (1-Component) Mix 100 parts of CX-100 Ink with 10-20 parts of CX-Thinner. Stir thoroughly before printing.
*Note: Any unused mixed ink must be refrigerated below 5°C.
CX-200 (2-Component) Mix 100 parts of CX-200 Ink + 3 parts of 520-Catalyst + 10-20 parts of CX-Thinner. Stir thoroughly before printing.
*Note: Any unused mixed ink must be refrigerated below 5°C.

Baking & Curing Conditions

The CX Silicone Ink Series must undergo high-temperature baking to properly cure and cross-link with the silicone substrate. Failure to reach the required temperature or time will result in poor adhesion.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • CX-100 (1-Component): Must be refrigerated below 5°C. Shelf life is 6 months.
  • CX-200 (2-Component): Shelf life is 24 months when refrigerated below 5°C, or 12 months when stored at standard room temperature.
