HSA-8000 Glossy Screen Printing Ink
1. Обзор и области применения
The HSA-8000 Series is a high-gloss, vivid screen printing ink formulated for exceptional adhesion to rigid and semi-rigid plastic sheets. It boasts excellent printability and vibrant color rendition.
Подходящие основания: ABS, Acrylic (PMMA), PC (Polycarbonate) sheets, PVC sheets, treated PET films, and paper.
Основные области применения: PC/PVC membrane switch overlays, self-adhesive labels, ABS/Acrylic nameplates, and automotive dashboards.

Halogen Warning: The HSA-8000 ink series DOES NOT comply with Halogen-Free standards. It contains halogens and should not be used for electronic products requiring strict halogen-free compliance.

Testing Conditions: Printed on PVC Sheet using 102 White and 502 Blue through a 300-mesh screen with a 75° squeegee. Cured at room temperature for 7 days.

4. Color Series & Technical Distinctions
The HSA-8000 series offers a vast array of colors tailored for specific printing needs:
- Standard Series: Includes Yellows, Reds, Blues, Greens, Black, and Clear Varnish. (Standard weatherability; primarily for indoor use).
- High-Opacity Series (G-Series): Formulated with maximum hiding power. Allows for vibrant color rendition when printed directly on dark substrates (e.g., black) without requiring a white underbase.
- Fluorescent Series (D-Series): Extremely bright, vivid colors. (Strictly for indoor use due to low lightfastness).
- Metallic Series (A-Series): Silver and Gold variations. These metallic colors possess excellent weather resistance and are suitable for long-term outdoor exposure.
White Ink Distinction: 101 vs. 102
| 101 Tinting White | A pure white hue with a high-gloss finish. Ideal for custom color matching or direct printing on light substrates. |

5. Processing Guidelines & Substrate Warnings

Critical Material Restrictions:
1. Do NOT print on Injection-Molded PC or PS: The solvent system in HSA-8000 will attack molded Polycarbonate and Polystyrene, leading to severe Environmental Stress Cracking (ESC) or crazing.
2. Do NOT print on Soft PVC or Leather: Substrates containing high amounts of plasticizers will react with the ink, causing severe blocking and tackiness (the ink layer will remain sticky and adhere to adjacent surfaces).
