The UV-JBL Series is an advanced UV-curable screen printing ink explicitly formulated for ABS and AS plastic components. It features exceptionally sharp print definition and reliable chemical resistance.
Performance Highlight: Its most outstanding characteristic is super abrasion resistance, making it highly capable of withstanding continuous friction and handling.

The UV-JBL series provides a comprehensive palette of vivid, highly opaque colors designed for sharp keypad graphics.

4. Processing Guidelines & Precautions
Viscosity & Thinning
Generally, the ink can be printed directly out of the can after thorough stirring. If the ink is too thick for your specific environment, add 5% to 8% of UV-SL Thinner.
Warning: Adding excess thinner will drastically slow down the curing speed or prevent the ink from curing entirely.
Printing Parameters
- Critical Mesh Requirement: You must use a high-tension screen of ≥ 420 mesh/inch and a PU squeegee of ≥ 75°. This prevents the ink layer from becoming too thick. A thick UV ink layer will suffer from incomplete curing (surface cures, but bottom remains wet), leading to adhesion failure.
- Multi-Layer Overprinting: When printing overlapping colors, intentionally reduce the UV light intensity for the initial layers. Over-curing the base layer makes it too hard, which prevents the subsequent ink layer from chemically bonding to it.

| Water Resistance Boost | To maximize water resistance and adhesion, add 5% - 8% B-11 Hardener. Maximum performance is reached one week after printing. Pot life after adding: 8 hours. |

| Metallic & Pearl Mixing | Mix ~10% Metallic/Pearl powder (must be >1200 mesh) into 901 Clear Varnish Base. To prevent the heavy pigments from settling, you MUST add 2% SD-Halftone Paste. Pot life after mixing: 1 week. |
Safety & Storage
- Safety: UV inks can cause skin and eye irritation. Operators must wear proper PPE. If contact occurs, flush immediately with copious amounts of water.
- Lighting: Print under yellow safe light to prevent premature curing. Keep open cans away from direct sunlight and stray UV rays.
- Хранение и срок годности: Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flames. Shelf life is 1 year. Do not mix with other ink series.
