Technical FAQ
PPEX ink is specifically formulated to provide excellent adhesion to both treated and untreated PP materials.
Absolutely. The heavy metal content of PPEX ink complies with the European RoHS and EN-71 standards, making it suitable for medical syringes and consumer products.
It offers outstanding chemical resistance. It can withstand up to 300 wipes with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball without any change in appearance or adhesion.
If adhesion is affected by residual mold release agents, we recommend wiping the surface with our PP-7 treatment water before printing to significantly enhance bonding.
