Unmatched Durability Specs

💎

5H Pencil Hardness

Tested at a 45° angle with 200g pressure. Delivers 5H hardness, ensuring keys won't scratch or fade under heavy daily use.

🧪

1000x Alcohol Resistance

Endures over 1,000 vigorous rubs with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball (200g pressure) without any damage or color fading.

💧

Water & Salt Proof

Shows zero abnormalities after 24 hours of water immersion, and passes the 5% NaCl salt-water rub test (300g pressure, 50 rubs).

📉

High Yield & Efficiency

Extremely concentrated. Using a 420-mesh screen, 1kg of ink can print approximately 75 square meters, significantly lowering costs.

✨ How to Mix Metallic & Pearlescent Colors:

When printing gold, silver, or pearl effects, use 901 Gold Varnish. Mix with approx. 10% Metallic/Pearl Powder (must be ≥1200 mesh) and add 2% SD-Dot Paste to prevent pigment settling and separation. Note: Mixed metallic ink should be consumed within one week.

Usage & Curing Instructions

1

Thinning & Preparation

Stir well before use. If viscosity is too high, add 5-8% UV-SL Thinner. Do not over-thin, as it may reduce curing speed and compromise hardness.

2

Mesh & Squeegee

Crucial: Use a high-density screen of ≥420 mesh/inch and a ≥75° squeegee. Thick ink layers will fail to cure completely, destroying adhesion and wear resistance.

3

Hardener for Max Water Resistance

To achieve absolute maximum water and chemical resistance, add 5-8% of B-11 Hardener. Peak resistance is reached 1 week after printing. (Use mixed ink within 8 hours).

4

Multi-Layer Overprinting

When printing multiple layers, reduce the UV intensity for the base color. Over-curing the bottom layer will reject the adhesion of the top layer.
