Mixing Formula & Printing Guide
Crucial Mixing Formula
To achieve 100% adhesion, you MUST mix the ink precisely.
Once the UV-56 Promoter is added, the ink is valid for 3 to 7 days. If the mixed ink expires, you must add an additional 1-2% of UV-56 Promoter to reactivate it before printing. Failure to weigh promoter accurately will result in adhesion failure.
Surface Preparation
Glass and metal surfaces must be thoroughly degreased and dusted before printing. Print in yellow safe-light areas to prevent accidental UV curing.
Mesh & Squeegee
Use a screen of ≥ 350 mesh/inch and a squeegee hardness of ≥ 75°. Do not print the ink layer too thick, as it will prevent the UV light from curing the bottom, leading to peeling.
Curing Parameters
Must be cured with a high-pressure Mercury UV lamp (Power ≥ 5kW) for 1 to 3 seconds.
