Request Technical DataPrecision Screen Printing Ink Applications
Engineered for high-durability graphical user interfaces, industrial decals, and weather-resistant signage. Our inks deliver elite adhesion across diverse flexible and rigid plastic substrates while ensuring strict compliance with international environmental standards.
Key Advantages
Strictly Eco-Friendly
Complies with EU RoHS 6 and Halogen-Free standards (Free of Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr6+, PBBs, PBDEs, Br, Cl). Features a low-odor solvent system ideal for enclosed print shops.
Excellent Embossing
Maintains high flexibility after curing. Thermoform and punch keys (tactile domes) without any ink cracking or delamination.
3+ Years Outdoor Life
Formulated with high-grade UV-stable pigments, ensuring printed products will not noticeably fade outdoors for over 3 years.
1K / 2K Versatility
Use as an easy 1K ink, or add B-5 / B-11 hardener (2K) to dramatically boost adhesion, hardness, and chemical resistance.

Mixing & Drying Guidelines
For optimal stability and performance, forced baking is highly recommended over air drying.
Standard Use (1K Mode)
Drying Schedule (1K):
- Air Dry (25°C): Touch dry 10-20 mins, Hard dry 24-48 hrs.
- Baking (Recommended): 90-100°C for 10 mins.
High-Performance Use (2K Mode)
⚠️ Pot Life Alert: Mixed 2K ink will gell and expire within 5 - 8 hours.
⚠️ Gloss Change: Adding hardener will slightly increase the ink's gloss level.
Drying Schedule (2K):
- Air Dry (25°C): MUST dry for at least 48 hours.
- Baking (Recommended): 60-70°C for 90 mins, OR 90-100°C for 30 mins.
