Test Parameter / Property Testing Method & Verified Results
Environmental Compliance Fully meets European RoHS Standards (Heavy Metal Free).
Adhesion (Cross-Hatch Test) 3M Tape Peel Test: 100% Retention (No detachment or flaking).
Boiling Water Resistance Submersed in boiling water for 30 minutes: No abnormalities.
Acid Resistance Immersed in 5% H₂SO₄ solution for 24 hours: No abnormalities.
Alkali Resistance Immersed in 5% NaOH solution for 3 hours: No abnormalities.
Solvent (MEK) Resistance Cotton swab with MEK, 500g pressure, 10 rubs: No effect. (After 50 rubs, slight softening occurs, but hardness fully recovers after 1 hour of drying).
Alcohol & Grease Resistance Cotton swab with Alcohol/Salad Oil, 500g pressure, 100 continuous rubs: No abnormalities.

Standard Mixing & Application Protocol

01

Precise Mixing Ratio

For optimum performance, mix the base ink with our dedicated promoter. The standard ratio is 100 Parts Ink : 2 Parts D-80 Promoter. Stir thoroughly from the bottom up to ensure uniform resin activation.

02

Viscosity Adjustment

If the mixed ink viscosity is too high for your mesh count, cautiously add the 3D-UV-300 Thinner. Add only as needed to achieve the perfect flow for 3D raised printing.

03

Pot Life Management

Once the D-80 promoter is added, the chemical cross-linking begins. The workable pot life of the mixed ink is 6 to 8 hours. Viscosity may gradually increase during printing; minor thinner additions are acceptable during the run.

The Complete 3D Glass Ink Matrix

Choose from our extensive range of base oils, metallics, and transparent colors to achieve your desired aesthetic.

Q-Series: 3D Frosted Base Oils

Includes Q-20 (Large Frost), Q-30 (Medium Frost), Q-40 (Fine Frost), and Q-70 (Pattern Frost). Perfect for simulating acid-etched textures safely.

D-Series: Metallic & Pearlescent

Create luxurious finishes with Mirror Silver (D-100), Fine Silver White (D-210), Satin Gold (D-422), and stunning Chameleon/Magic colors (D-313 to D-320).

T-Series: Transparent Colors

Vibrant, high-clarity transparent inks including Bright Red (T-101), Deep Yellow (T-201), Brilliant Blue (T-300), and Deep Black (T-600).

Specialty Additives & Thinners

Optimize your production with our T-90/D-80 Promoters, 3D-UV-300 Thinner, and specialized Fast-Dry (3D-100) / Slow-Dry (3D-200) solvents.

Technical FAQ

Does the 3D embossed glass ink require a hardener or promoter?
Yes. For the ink to achieve its extreme chemical resistance (such as surviving 5% H₂SO₄ for 24 hours), you must add the D-80 Promoter at a ratio of 2 parts promoter to 100 parts ink prior to printing.
What happens if the ink layer is rubbed with harsh solvents?
Our ink is highly solvent resistant. Under testing with MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) at 500g pressure, 10 continuous rubs show no abnormalities. Even if pushed to 50 rubs resulting in slight softening, the ink layer's hardness completely self-recovers after resting for 1 hour.
How long can I use the ink after mixing the promoter?
The effective pot life is 6 to 8 hours. We recommend mixing only the amount of ink you intend to consume within one production shift to prevent material waste.
