Application Guidelines
Proper Thinning
Use UV-SK Thinner if viscosity reduction is needed. If the original ink viscosity is suitable, printing directly is highly recommended.
Screen & Squeegee Setup
Use a screen mesh of ≥350 mesh/inch and a PU squeegee hardness of ≥75°. Avoid printing excessively thick ink layers to prevent deep-curing failure.
Safe Operating Environment
Operate under yellow safety lights. Avoid direct sunlight or ambient UV rays to prevent unexpected curing in the screen.
Crucial Precautions
Do not mix UV-3800-2 with other ink series or brands. Always perform a small-batch trial to confirm substrate adhesion before mass production.
