Basic Usage Guidelines
Preparation
Stir the ink thoroughly before printing. Ensure the ABS/PC/PVC substrate is clean and free of dust or oil.
Viscosity Adjustment
If the ink is too thick, add 3-5% of dedicated UV thinner. Do not over-thin, as it may affect coverage and curing speed.
Multi-Color Printing
When printing multiple layers, slightly reduce UV energy for the base colors to ensure the top layers adhere properly without delamination.
