Usage Guidelines & Precautions
Preparation & Thinning
Stir well before use; it is usually ready to print. To reduce viscosity, add 3-5% UV-SG Thinner. Avoid over-thinning to prevent adhesion loss or incomplete curing.
Multi-Layer Overprinting
When printing multiple layers, slightly reduce the UV intensity or exposure time for the bottom colors. Over-curing base layers will weaken the adhesion of subsequent colors.
Ink Film Thickness
Do not print the ink layer too thick, as it prevents UV light from reaching the bottom, causing poor curing. A 420-mesh screen is strictly recommended.
Safety & Storage
Operate under yellow safety light to avoid premature curing from sunlight or ambient UV. Operators must wear protective gear. In case of skin/eye contact, flush immediately with clean water.
