3D Embossed Glass Screen Printing Ink (Q-Series)
1. Overview & Applications
The 3D Embossed Glass Ink series is specially formulated to create unique, tactile 3D embossed effects on glass substrates. This advanced formulation offers exceptional adhesion, superior chemical resistance, and a highly resilient ink layer that remains cuttable without flaking.
Primary Applications: Home appliance glass, cabinet glass, sliding door glass, furniture glass, and lighting glass components.

| Solvent (MEK) Resistance | Cotton swab with MEK, 500g load, 10 rubs: No abnormalities. *After 50 rubs, slight softening occurs, but hardness fully recovers after 1 hour of air drying. |
| Grease & Alcohol Resistance | Salad oil & Alcohol swab, 500g load, 100 continuous rubs: No abnormalities. |
Technical Notice: Performance values may vary depending on the specific printing process and glass coating. Users must conduct comprehensive testing before initiating bulk production.

- 3D-UV Frosted Base Series: Q-20 (Large Frost), Q-30 (Medium Frost), Q-40 (Fine Frost), Q-70 (Pattern Frost).
- D-Series (Silver & Gold): D-100 Mirror Silver, D-210 Fine Pearl Silver, D-422 Satin Gold, D-424 Bronze.
- D-Series (Chameleon/Magic): D-313 Chameleon Gold, D-315 Red, D-316 Purple, D-318 Blue, D-320 Green.
- T-Series (Transparent Colors): T-101 Bright Red, T-200 Light Yellow, T-300 Brilliant Blue, T-400 Green, T-600 Black.
- Thinners & Additives: T-90 / D-80 Promoters; 3D-100 Fast-Dry, 3D-200 Slow-Dry solvents.
4. Mixing & Processing Instructions
For the 3D-UV Frosted Base Series, adhere strictly to the following pre-printing mixing ratio:

| 3D-UV-300 Thinner | Add moderately ONLY if viscosity is too high for your mesh count. |
| Pot Life (Usable Time) | 6 to 8 Hours after adding promoter. *Viscosity may rise during printing; minor thinner additions are permitted. |
