PPES - Glossy Screen Printing Ink
1. Overview & Applications
The PPES Series stands out from standard PP inks due to its exceptional perspiration (sweat) and alcohol resistance. It delivers a highly glossy and smooth finish with robust adhesion to treated or untreated PP (Polypropylene) and treated PE (Polyethylene) substrates.
Primary Applications: Highly recommended for products frequently handled by users, such as PP folders, PP cups, pen barrels, tool handles, as well as paint buckets and collection bins.

Note: PPES ink is formulated for indoor applications. It is not recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure.
3. Processing & Mixing Instructions
- Thinner Selection: PPES-100 (Fast-Dry for Winter), PPES-200 (Medium-Dry for Spring/Autumn), PPES-300 (Slow-Dry for Summer or fine halftone details).
- Mixing Ratio: Add 10% - 20% thinner by weight. Stir thoroughly before printing.
- Surface Preparation: For PP substrates with high levels of mold-release agents or plasticizers, wipe the surface with PP-7 Treatment Solvent prior to printing to drastically improve adhesion.
