PPLG - High Gloss Screen Printing Ink
1. Overview & Applications
The PPLG Series is characterized by its extreme brightness and ultra-smooth printed finish. It adheres perfectly to both treated and untreated PP, as well as treated PE materials.
Primary Applications: PP paint buckets, collection bins, beer crates, battery cases, and corrugated plastic boxes.

Critical Limitation: PPLG ink has poor resistance to alcohol, grease, and hand sweat. Do not use this ink for products requiring these resistances. Use our PPEX series instead.
3. Processing Instructions
- Thinner Selection: PP-1000 (Fast-Dry), PP-2000 (Medium-Dry), PP-3000 (Slow-Dry). Use PP-3000 for fine text or halftones.
- Mixing Ratio: Add 10% - 20% thinner by weight.
- Surface Preparation: For problematic PP substrates with high plasticizers, wipe with PP-7 Treatment Solvent before printing.
