Screen Printing Thinners & Additives
This technical data sheet outlines our comprehensive range of thinners, UV reducers, adhesion promoters, and functional additives designed to optimize ink rheology, adhesion, and printability across various industrial applications.
1. Standard & Eco-Friendly Solvent Thinners

4. Functional Gels, Pastes & Liquid Additives

| M-2 Slow-Dry Thinner Paste | Translucent Jelly/Gel | Rheology modifier for screen/pad inks. Effectively reduces viscosity while entirely eliminating ink stringing. Improves 3D definition and print clarity. Add 5% - 25%. |
| UV Viscosity Reducer Paste | Translucent Jelly/Gel | Reduces viscosity in UV inks without compromising the formulation. Eliminates stringing and sharpens halftone/fine detail clarity. Add 3% - 5%. |
Technical Note: All additive ratios provided are general guidelines based on weight. Over-addition of thinners, gels, or promoters may negatively impact ink adhesion, opacity, or curing times. Users must conduct small-batch testing to confirm formulations meet their specific requirements prior to mass production.
