1. Overview & Applications
The SGH-700 Series is a premium evaporative-drying screen printing ink engineered for extreme outdoor durability. It features exceptional weatherability, high temperature resistance, and excellent flexibility, making it highly compatible with various overprint varnishes (clear coats).
Primary Applications: High-performance vehicle decals (automobiles, motorcycles, e-bikes), outdoor illuminated signs, billboards, and durable self-adhesive labels.
Applicable Substrates: PVC, PC, treated PET films, and paper.

3. Color Series & Lightfastness Ratings
The SGH-700 series encompasses 56 meticulously formulated colors. To ensure proper outdoor application, colors are strictly categorized by their pigment lightfastness grades.
High Weatherability Series (Pigment Grade 7-8)
*Highly recommended for long-term outdoor exposure. Expected to maintain vibrancy for 3-5 years without significant fading.
- Whites/Blacks: 120 Extra White, 120B Extra White, 710 Black, 800 Clear Varnish Base.
- Yellows: 230 High Weatherability Lemon Yellow, 240 High Weatherability Medium Yellow.
- Reds/Magentas: 530 Bright Red, 550 Ruby Red, 580 Magenta, 510 American Red.
- Blues/Greens: 440 Blue, 460 Sky Blue, 350 Extra Green, 495 Purple.
- CMYK Process Colors: 801 Red, 802 Yellow, 803 Blue, 804 Black.
Standard Weatherability Series (Pigment Grade 6-7)
*Not recommended for applications requiring extended outdoor durability.
- 200 Light Yellow, 210 Lemon Yellow, 220 Medium Yellow, 265 Orange, 320 Light Green, 400 Ultra Blue, 500 Fiery Red.
Specialty Finishes
- Metallic Colors: A01 to A07 (Flash Silver, Bright Silver, Red Gold, Cyan Gold).
- Pearl Colors: B10 to B28 (Pearl Silver, Chameleon Red/Green/Purple, Bronze, Satin Gold).
- Transparent Tints: T-10 to T-60 (Transparent Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Black).
4. Processing & Overprinting Guidelines

Premium Outdoor Overprint System
For outdoor signs or vehicle decals requiring maximum gloss retention and extreme weatherability, it is highly recommended to apply a final overprint (clear coat) layer over the printed graphics.
- Overprint Formulation: Use SZ-80L Isolating Varnish.
- Catalyst: Add 10% B-5 Hardener to the varnish.
- Thinner: Use T-800 Medium-Dry Thinner for optimal flow.
